		<description>Im a professional receptionist, Im so glad call centers had upgraded  to make the work much better and keep the stress level down for the operator. I work in places like Hospitals, Hotels, Corporate Architect, Engineering and Oil companies.  I really enjoy a system where I can go to the company website and up information and fax it to clints as well. I wonder is the Cisco system is like that as well?</description>

		<description>Did 10 months to pay college at directory enquiries. It was all about turnover, every call had to be dealt with in 21 seconds or less. I was at 22 and got reamed for it. Awful job.</description>
