Call Center Agent - Fully Remote!

 

Multiple Friendly and Outgoing Call Center Agents are needed to join our client for a FULLY REMOTE position! As the Call Center Agent, you will primarily be responsible for assisting customers via inbound phone calls. This opportunity offers up to $15.50/HR with experience! 

 

Responsibilities of the Call Center Agent Include:



    • Answering inbound calls





    • Assisting customers with healthcare plans.





    • Directing customers to the proper channels.





    • Escalating issues when necessary. 







Required Qualifications :

 

Requirements of the Call Center Agent Include:



    • 1-2 years Call Center Experience 





    • HS Diploma





    • Previous experience Working from Home





    • Ability to work remotely  - high speed internet and a quiet work environment





    • Excellent written and oral communication skills





    • Ability to work M-F 8-4:30 PM CST
