Multiple Friendly and Outgoing Call Center Agents are needed to join our client for a FULLY REMOTE position! As the Call Center Agent, you will primarily be responsible for assisting customers via inbound phone calls. This opportunity offers up to $15.50/HR with experience!
Responsibilities of the Call Center Agent Include:
- Answering inbound calls
- Assisting customers with healthcare plans.
- Directing customers to the proper channels.
- Escalating issues when necessary.
Required Qualifications :
Requirements of the Call Center Agent Include:
- 1-2 years Call Center Experience
- HS Diploma
- Previous experience Working from Home
- Ability to work remotely - high speed internet and a quiet work environment
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work M-F 8-4:30 PM CST
