Summary:


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting our client’s customers as a first point of contact and resolving questions regarding their accounts. We will rely on you to actively listen to our client’s customers by utilizing your customer service experience, passion, and creativity to meet their needs and deliver a world class-experience across every interaction you have with them. In this role, you will not only be there to help customers with their account issues via telephone, email and/or website inquiries, but also to provide them with exceptional customer service.


 


What you will be doing:


As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:



  • Providing customers with appropriate customized solutions to meet their needs

  • Performing routine call center activities concerning business products and services

  • Using the tools provided to guide you through customer conversations

  • Providing customers with important information while communicating in a warm empathetic manner

  • Gathering information to keep customer profiles and accounts up to date

  • Shift differential of $1.00 per hour if working hours between 6PM- 6AM

Requirements:



  • Must be at least 18 years of age

  • Have a High School Diploma or an equivalent level of education

  • Have legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or visa sponsorship.

  • Be able provide proof of US Citizenship or Lawful Permanent Residency (LPR)

  • Be able to successfully pass a background check, credit check, security clearance, and fingerprinting

  • 1-3 years Customer Service in the banking industry, clearing house payment investigations, chargebacks or lending. 

  • Excellent problem solving, research, verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. 

  • Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

  • Flexibility is a must.
