Based in Gurgaon, as the Senior Manager - Attendee Experience - Meetings Events Technology , you will play a critical role on the Attendee Experience - Meetings Events Technology growth strategy and lead the Digital Services Operations team.

Our team of highly creative web-designers works within our global framework to create events websites and mobile apps. They also support our clients to configure and design websites and apps to run their Virtual and Hybrid meetings over a technology platform. Our team members have high level of expertise at taking a consultative approach in the conversations with the clients and translating their needs into successful events. We are looking for a leader who can establish more efficient practices, align functions and stakeholders to help the business continue to achieve its vast potential in the space.

You will be a thought and execution partner for our team, think strategically and help drive best practices across our global markets. You will help scale up our successful business globally by establishing an enabling platform that contribute to the business growth and drive operational excellence.

Client Data Conversion Analyst responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Work with Implementation and Deployment Project Managers, including clients to capture and understand client needs & requirements
Translate customer requirements into configurable solutions
Capture client data and configure/convert/migrate data
Test and validate the conversion to ensure successful completion
Develop and execute robust end-to-end quality assurance test plans
Automate and streamline processes to continually reduce end-to-end operating costs
Adhere to SLAs, contractual agreements and legal compliance
Provide feedback on process improvements that help realise business goals
Accurate tracking of work effort with project specific details
Ability to work with ambiguous definition or requirements and produce tangible solutions
Strong team players with ability to self motivate and motivate others. Share skill set and mentoring in areas of expertise
