Daily Follow-up with candidates, Hiring partner’s for Interview line-ups.
Handling the Marketing & Ads. On Social Media, Posting on Job Portals, etc.
§ Doing verification and other formalities before the joining of the candidates.
§ Maintaining HR Data MIS on weekly & monthly basis.
§ Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the Head HR.
(Daily Activity Report – DAR)
§ Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process.
Promote company’s reputation as “best place to work”
